November 9 2008 Its going to be a great new year!! A company christamas party is in the planning. The Stink has been a good product
with good results. Salt water guys have been asking for it. The stink also softens plastic baits giving them more movement
and action. A new bait "Maggots" is in the making. They will be small .5" inch worms for crappie, blue gill,
trout, small mouth. They will be offered in Chart, White, Tang.

Update 11-29-07
Its been busy for the last couple months. Big plans for the company for the next year. We have a new frog that looks
all out awsome. I would put it for sell, but yuengling feels we need to test it like we do with all the baits before we put
it out. Organizing after the company moved has been key. We are now located on FurlongEdison Rd near Doylestown. Orders
can be picked up there with a phone call. The web site here is consistantly being updated hopefully on a daily basis. Feild
testers are always wanted, just asked to submit reports. Guiding lisences are being looked into so guided trips will be in
the future on Yuengling's 14' voyager 20hp evenrude casting decks, seating for parties of 2. More details to come..

Our Retail stores are stocked!!
I spent these past rain days stocking our retail stores up which were in despirate need. I picked out my best colors
and headed to Daves and Toms tackle shop to stock up the inventory. Stop by any of these stores and check these baits out
up close. If you want to catch fish, buy a pack!
Filthyfishermen Honor Steve Irwin (The Croc Hunter)
Yuengling and I are going to try to organize a clean up and at Robin Run Resivor before the winter comes
to clean up the trash that has been building up back there. Maybe hand out some baits or something. I will have
more information later.. I think this would be a good way to honor "Steve Irwin" to have a clean up day every year back
there, because of his passion for conservation......
Our July Newsletter is out!!
Filthyfishermen Bait Company News Letter for July 2006
Thank you all for your intrest in the Filthyfishermen Bait Company. It has been a successful start to
a business that is trying to get off the ground. My name is Jeff Choi and I am the owner and founder of Filthyfishermen. I
started this company on the intensions of having fun, teaching conservation, starting casting for kids programs, and
saving money on baits. To be a great captain you need a great first mate, and you can't go wrong when you look to the "Yuengling"
Family. Somewhere in that tree you'll find a dirty apple named Matt Yuengling, and he will catch fish, and drink a lot of
beer! I will get started by answering a question that everyone seems to ask me. How
did I come up with "Filthyfishermen" as a name, to answer that question I have to go directly to the dirtiest lady I know,
my boat (The Filthy Whore). She is a sound vessel, 12' in length, made out of light aluminum, fast and true, she's reliable
and tough, shes the filthywhore . The name stuck with me as time past. Other anglers and the normals up at Lake Nockamixon
began to know me as filthyfisherman. A couple years back, Yuengling and I toyed with the idea of starting a fishing company.
At the time we both hated our job, and wondered how nice it would be to just fish or do something that involes fishing for
a living. The bait industry makes a killing off anglers each year. Some of the bait they
make catch fish, and rest catches us! Its all about testing things out for yourself, and finding what works best. It takes
a lot of time spent on the water, and many cast. In the past 8 years of fishing, Yuengling and I have come up with many ways
to catch fish. We have been through many different baits and colors, weeding out the ones the work and the ones that don't.
We both agreed that the "Stick Bait" was the most productive and reliable bait that we used. It could be used practicaly during
any season, time, place, and situation. We both spent a lot of money on stick baits each year, only to spend more the next
year. That was until now. Now we make our own stick bait, It's called "The Big Stick 5.25" same sink rate as a senko with
the flexibility of a yum dinger. The Filthyfishermen fishing team has fished in a bunch
of tournaments this year, and have a couple of good finishes. Yuengling has a couple first place finishes. You can garuntee
that in each of those tournaments we had a Big Stick tied on and ready. Last tournament we fished up at Lake Nockamixon, I
caught our kicker fish 3.91lbs Largemouth on my Big Stick in pumpkin color.. We are surprised and glad
to have so many people sign up for this news letter. This is the first of many news letters that we will be sending. I feed
on the information that I recieve from everyone. That is how I make improvements and adjustments on the baits and the way
this company works. In the next month I would like to concentrate on the field testers. I still need to get samples out there
to be tested I know. Hopefully I can get it done soon. Log on the eastern PA fishing reports to stay up to date with fishing
reports from the area. I post on there sometimes.
There is a new movement being formed. Its called the
Mighty Galena Crew, it's a couple of good guys that head out to Lake Galena once a week. Yuengling and I joined them
on 7-18 during the hurricane that went through. It was a good time, other than the hurricane. Check it out.
